TECHNOLOGY
During you enter the main gate of its area, you have been blocked by the door gate that can be openned by Biometric scanning security systems, and only the resident can acces this cluster's gate, because each resident has a palm file which is in computer security.

Every guest or vehicle that enter this area will be checked by metal detector, and to whom he/she will meet. After getting the house number button that will be addressed by the guest, and from the house (addressed by guest) shows blink of the indicator lamp that followed by the guest appearrance on the screen monitor inside house, so that the resident knows exactly wether the guest will meet is someone who have been already know or not.

If he/she doesn't intend to accept the guest, the resident push the red indicator lamp button and the indicator lamp in security room shows red blink, it means the guest is not allowed to come in, but if the indicator lamp shows blue it means the guest can be accepted but only in management office lobby that has been provided.

And if the indicator lamp shows green blink, the security must allow the guest to come in directly to the resident's house.

DIGITAL SYSTEMS
Has been completed by the password that can be openned by the cardnetic and the resident's combination password.

Turn on and off the electronic equipment; TV, AC, Computer, CD Changer, curtain and etc..can be controlled by a remote control.

Every unit of this house is completed by TV satellite, wireless phone, wireless internet and swimming pool or jacuzzi as on option.

BUY BACK GUARRANTY
Every procurement of this housing will be completed by buy back gusrranty certificate after 10 years during the date of procurement.

LEASE GUARRANTY
